Hi everyone .I’m warren this is my second blog since lockdown getting fresh air is very important .l put my backyard too good use turning it in too a small running track or in my case a slow jogging track.what helped me was too walk a few minutes then a slow jog for a few minutes .and add some deep breathing exercises along the way.some Thai Chee helps with meantal health.little things help alot.take 30 minutes you time a day.helps you reset.

The key l found to loosing my weight was small changes.l started with changing what l ate for breakfast .this is what worked for me .l cut out using butter and oil from fried eggs and bacon.l started eating oats you can add any kind of fruit a bit of honey to change the taste .l changed my coffee too a warm glass of water with lemon juice .l also cut out bread it’s small changes that make a difference in carrying around too much weight.have a goal and stick too it.slow changes keep us on track.
